A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to organic waste recycling by city agencies

This bill would designate, for City agencies, organic waste as a recyclable material, and require DSNY to establish rules governing the source separation of organic waste that is generated by City agencies in the preparation and service of meals.
