By Council Member Epstein: Pursuant to Rule 11.20(b) of the Council Rules and Section 19-160.2 of the New York City Administrative Code, the Council resolves that the action of the Department of Transportation approving a sidewalk café located at 93 Macdougal Street, New York, NY 10012, Borough of Manhattan, Council District 2, Community District 2, related to Application No. D 2650094566 SWM (Denino’s) shall be subject to review by the Council.
