By The Speaker (Council Member Menin): Pursuant to Rule 11.20(b) of the Council Rules and Section 19-160.2 of the New York City Administrative Code, the Council resolves that the action of the Department of Transportation approving a sidewalk café located at 1692 Second Avenue, New York, NY 10028, Borough of Manhattan, Council District 5, Community District 8, related to Application No. D 2550015858 SWM (Ethyl's Alcohol & Food) shall be subject to review by the Council.
