M 184-2025 Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections Disapproving the appointment of Dave Chokshi as a member of the New York City Board of Health The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to Section 31 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections recommends that the Council disapprove the Mayor's request for advice and consent for the appointment of Dave Chokshi as a member of the New York City Board of Health for the remainder of a six-year term expiring on May 31, 2030.
