M 125 Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving appointment of Erasmus Ikpemgbe as a commissioner of the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to pursuant to Sections 31 and 3020 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of Erasmus Ikpemgbe as a commissioner of the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission to serve for the remainder of a three-year term that expires on June 28, 2027.
