A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to providing notification to council members of the recording of certain real estate instruments

Summary

This bill would require the Department of Finance to provide an e-mail notification to each Council Member when a document is recorded against any real property in the Council Member’s district that has been continuously owned by the same party for 30 years or more.
