A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to a report on the New York city housing authority’s permanent affordability commitment together program

Summary

This bill would require the mayor or an agency designated by the mayor to submit an annual report to the City Council on the impact of the New York City Housing Authority’s Permanent Affordability Commitment Together program. The initial report must be made publically available and submitted to the speaker of the council by November 1, 2024 with subsequent reports due by every November 1 thereafter. The report would include when the developments were selected and converted to the program, a variety of information about the development partner and property manager, and a number of indicators about the impact of the program on the residents of the developments.
