No. 353 ..Title RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE MAYOR MARIA ALMONTE-WESTON AS A MEMBER OF THE NEW YORK CITY LOCAL CONDITIONAL RELEASE COMMISSION. ..Body By Council Member Powers RESOLVED, Pursuant to Section 9-207 of the New York City Administrative Code and Section 271 of the New York State Correction Law, the Council hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of Maria Almonte-Weston as a member of the New York City Local Conditional Release Commission to serve a four-year term.
