Description

Allowing reusable beverage containers in sports venues.

This bill would require professional and collegiate sports venues to allow attendees to enter the venue with a reusable beverage container which is composed primarily of aluminum or stainless steel and establish penalties for venues that fail to comply. Sports venues would be able to require reusable beverage containers be empty upon entering the venue and to restrict entry with a reusable beverage container capable of holding more than 24 fluid ounces.
