M 178-2023 Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment of Lisa Urban As a member of the New York City Environmental Control Board The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to Sections 31 and 1049-a of the City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of Lisa Urban to the New York City Environmental Control Board as the general representative for a new four-year term commencing on the date of appointment (M. 0178-2023).
