M 177-2023 Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment of Gary Bristol As a member of the New York City Tax Commission The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to Sections 31 and 153 of the City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of Gary Bristol as a member of the New York City Tax Commission to serve the remainder of a six-year term that expires on January 6, 2024 (M. 177-2023).
