M 176-2023 Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment of Bennett Minko As a member of the New York City Tax Commission The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to Sections 31 and 153 of the City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of Bennett Minko as a member of the New York City Tax Commission to serve the remainder of a six-year term that expires on January 6, 2026 (M. 0176-2023). This matter was heard on March 15, 2023. Res.
