A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to establishing a citywide resource navigator for transgender, gender nonconforming, non-binary and intersex individuals as well as for cisgender women

Summary

This bill would create a resource navigator program to assist transgender, gender nonconforming, non-binary and intersex individuals as well cisgender women in department of corrections custody with locating available and appropriate transitional housing, alternatives to incarceration, and reentry services.
