M 0149-2023 Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment of Kenneth Y.K. Chan as a member of the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to Sections 31 and 2301 of the City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of Kenneth Y. K. Chan as a member of the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission to serve the remainder of a seven-year term that expires on January 31, 2024 (M. 0149-2023).
