M 0106-2023 Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment of Stephen Chu as a member of the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to Sections 31 and 3020 of the City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of Stephen Chu as a member of the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission to serve the remainder of a three-year term that expires on June 28, 2024 (M. 106-2023).
