M 96 Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment of David Fullard as a member of the New York City Local Conditional Release Commission The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to Section 271 of the New York State Correction Law and Section 9-207 of the Administrative Code, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of David Fullard as a member of the New York City Local Conditional Release Commission to serve a four-year term (M. 96-2022).
