Preconsidered M 87 Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment of Elisa Velazquez as a member of the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to pursuant to Sections 31 and 2301 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of Elisa Velazquez as a member of the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission to serve for the remainder of a seven-year term that will expire on January 31, 2026.
