Summary

In December of 2021, the Report and Advisory Board Review Commission (RABRC) voted to waive six reporting requirements in the Charter and the Administrative Code, for the stated purpose of improving government efficiency. This bill would repeal four of the six reporting requirements selected for waiver by the RABRC.
