A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the preparation of plans in connection with petitions for revocable consents for sidewalk cafes

Summary

Currently, an application for a sidewalk café must be accompanied by a drawing plan of the proposed layout. That drawing must be prepared by licensed architect or engineer. This bill would allow sidewalk café applicants to self-prepare such plans.
