M 327 Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment of Jenny Low As the New York County Democratic Commissioner of Elections The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to � 3-204 of the New York State Election Law, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Council of Jenny Low as the New York County Democratic Commissioner of Elections to serve a four-year term that began on January 1, 2021 and expires December 31, 2024. This matter was referred to the Committee on September 23, 2021. Res.
