By Council Member Treyger: Pursuant to Rule 11.20(b) of the Council and §197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council resolves that the action of the City Planning Commission on Application Number C 200298 ZSK (West 16th Street Special Permit) shall be subject to review by the Council.
