By Council Member Chin: Pursuant to Rule 11.20(b) of the Council and Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council resolves that the action City Planning Commission on Application No. C 190265 ZSM (503 Broadway) shall be subject to Council review.
