THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 983 ..Title Resolution approving the petition for a new revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk caf� located at 201 50th Avenue, Borough of Queens (Non-ULURP No. 20195511 TCQ; L.U. No. 438). ..Body By Council Members Salamanca and Moya WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on May 22, 2019 its approval dated May 21, 2019 of the petition of Center Boulevard Restaurant, LLC, d/b/a American Brass, for a new revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk caf� located at 201 50th Avenue, Borough of Queens, Community District 2 (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code"); WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(f) of the Administrative Code; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on June 20, 2019; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
