Summary

This bill would require the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to educate the public on programs available to help, monitor, or compensate individuals who may have been harmed as a result of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. This bill would further require the creation of a notification system which would send information about eligibility requirements and deadlines for these programs through email and text.
