Preconsidered Res. No. 595 ..Title Resolution approving the new designation and changes in the designation of certain organizations to receive funding in the Expense Budget ..Body By Council Member Lee Whereas, On June 30, 2026, the Council of the City of New York (the “City Council”) adopted the expense budget for Fiscal Year 2027 with various programs and initiatives (the “Fiscal 2027 Expense Budget”); and Whereas, On June 30, 2025, the City Council adopted the expense budget for Fiscal Year 2026 with various programs and initiatives (the “Fiscal 2026 Expense Budget”); and Whereas, The City Council hereby implements and furthers the appropriations set forth in the Fiscal 2027 and Fiscal 2026 Expense Budgets by approving the new designations and changes in the designation of certain organizations receiving discretionary funding; now, therefore, be it Resolved, That the City Council approves the new designations and changes in the designation of certain organizations receiving discretionary funding pursuant to the Fiscal 2027 and Fiscal 2026 Expense Budgets, as set forth in Charts 1 through 40. .
