A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to licensing delivery services

Summary

This bill would require delivery services that facilitate or arrange for the delivery of goods in the City to obtain a business license from the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection. This bill would set forth conditions of such license and enforcement options.
