A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to prohibiting city agencies from procuring non-compostable, single-use cups

This bill would bar all city agencies from purchasing non-compostable, single-use cups, unless the purchase of those cups was necessary for the protection of public health or safety, emergencies, or for contracts that predate the bill’s effective date.
