Summary

This bill would require the Department of Transportation (DOT) to post signs within a 500 radius of the location of planned disruptive work at least 48 hours before the work is scheduled to begin. The posted signs would contain the contact information of the entity performing the work; the anticipated start and end dates of the work; and the location, nature, and extent of the work to be performed.
