A Local Law in relation to the creation of an interagency derelict housing and neglected property task force, and providing for the repeal of such local law upon the expiration thereof

This bill would establish an interagency task force to study derelict housing and neglected property, and to make recommendations on how to effectively address the health and safety risks that they create. The task force would convene for a period of one year and would be required to submit a report to the Mayor and the Council.
