A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to making the certification of no harassment pilot program permanent and adding criteria for inclusion of certain buildings in the program

Summary

This bill would make the Certification of No Harassment (CONH) pilot program permanent. It would also add to the CONH program list buildings that have the same owner or head officer as buildings where there has been a finding of harassment within the past 60 months.
