A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring health insurance coverage for pre-implantation testing for city employees

Summary

This bill would require the City to offer health insurance to City employees who are not part of a bargaining unit that includes coverage for pre-implantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) which is performed during in vitro fertilization (IVF) to check embryos for abnormalities in the number of chromosomes.
