A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of sanitation to clean and maintain all city-owned vacant lots

Summary

This bill would require that the Department of Sanitation be the sole agency responsible for cleaning and maintaining all City-owned vacant lots and the sidewalks abutting such lots, regardless of which City agency owns such vacant lot.
