A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to court supervised release program court notification requirements

Summary

This bill would require city contractors or subcontractors who operate a supervised release program to notify the court and all court parties regarding a missed telephone contact or office visit from one of their program participants within 24 hours or by the participant’s next court day, whichever is sooner.
