A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to parking permits for medical residents

Summary

This bill would require the Department of Transportation (DOT) to create a process by which medical residents, including interns and fellows, who do not qualify for MD-marked license plates issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles can apply for parking permits.
