A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to setting maximum amounts for certain member usage fees charged by a bike share operator

Summary

This bill would prohibit a bike share company from charging a bike share member more than the base fare of a subway ride to use an e-bike for 1 hour or less or to use a regular bicycle for 2 hours or less.
