A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to when the department of social services is required to make CityFHEPS rental assistance payments

Summary

This bill would require that CityFHEPS rental assistance payments be made no later than 7 days before the first day of the month to which the payments will be applied.
