A Local Law in relation to clarifying the effective date of local law number 92 for the year 2019 and local law number 94 for the year 2019

Summary

This bill would clarify that applications for construction document approval that were filed with the Department of Buildings prior to the effective date of Local Laws 92 and 94 for the year 2019 would not be subject to the requirements of Local Laws 92 and 94.
