A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York and the New York city fire code, in relation to remote monitoring and permitting requirements for residential energy storage systems

This legislation would waive requirements for remote monitoring and reporting of energy storage management systems for certain small residential energy storage systems and create an expedited permitting process for medium energy storage systems.
