A Local Law in relation to a study on the feasibility of achieving zero greenhouse gas emissions

Summary

This bill would require an office or agency determined by the mayor to study whether and how the city can reduce its greenhouse gas emissions percent to zero without the use of any offsets. A report on the study’s findings would be due no later than 18 months after the effective date of the law.
