Summary

This bill would require the Commissioner of Small Business Services to expand the offerings of the Department of Small Business Services’ legal services program to include individualized, free-of-charge legal assistance through a designated organization for small business tenants on compliance with federal, New York State, and New York City laws on making their businesses accessible to people with disabilities. This expansion would be subject to appropriation.
