A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the public recording of tax liens

Summary

This bill would amend existing law to require the Department of Finance to record tax liens on property in the city in the ACRIS database once the lawful debt on such property exceeds $5,000 past due for a period of three or more years.
