A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to prohibiting the installation of artificial grass in city parks

This bill would prohibit the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation from installing artificial grass in New York City parks, with the exception of repairing or reconstructing artificial grass installed prior to the effective date of the bill.
