Summary

This bill would give the Commissioner of Buildings the authority to declare buildings and other premises designated as “community facilities” as public nuisances when they are used for a purpose other than what is authorized in their certificate of occupancy. The Commissioner of Buildings could then seal a community facility declared a public nuisance.
