A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York and the New York city building code, in relation to minimum living room size requirements in multiple dwelling units

This bill would amend the Housing Maintenance Code and the Building Code to increase minimum floor area and the least minimum dimension of bedrooms and other types of living rooms in newly constructed multiple dwellings.
