A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to the terms of employment for district managers

Summary

This bill would limit the term of community board district managers to four years with the possibility of re-appointment for multiple consecutive terms. This bill would also provide borough presidents with the power to remove district managers who fail to attend half or more of full community board meetings per year or fail to submit either the annual report or district needs statement.
