Summary

This bill would require the Department of Transportation (DOT) to develop a scheme offering discounted quarterly municipal parking field permits for older New Yorkers. To be eligible for the discount, an individual must be 62 years of age or older and have an annual gross income that is 50% or lower of the area median income.
