By The Speaker (Council Member Menin): Pursuant to Sections 11.20(b-d) of the Council Rules and Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the action of the City Planning Commission on Application Nos. C 260026 ZSK, C 260027 PPK, C 260029 PQK, and C 260012 PPK (Seaside Park & Community Arts Center Special Permit) shall be subject to Council review.
