A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to prohibiting the sale of glue traps

Summary

This bill would prohibit the sale of rodent glue traps. Any person who sells, offers to sell, or distributes any glue trap would be subject to a civil penalty of not more than $500 for each violation.
