Summary

This bill would change the application process for sidewalk and roadway cafes by removing the requirement that restaurants obtain a revocable consent in order to operate a cafe on the City’s streets or sidewalks. Restaurants seeking to operate an outdoor cafe would need only to obtain a license from the Department of Transportation.
