Summary

This bill would require food service establishments to display a red and white equilateral triangle icon on menus and menu boards or on a tag next to any food item that contains or exceeds 1,800 milligrams of sodium. This bill would also require a warning statement about high intake of sodium to be displayed at the point of purchase.
